The house was renovated and offers 8 acres of yard. Quiet and calm place with good infrastructure and very beautiful scenery. There are three bedrooms, living room, kitchen with bar, bathroom and toilet. In the first bedroom there are one single and one large bed, and the other two bedrooms are with two beds each. A local heating is available. In the yard, there is a summer kitchen with a fireplace (BBQ). The fully equipped kitchen is with refrigerator, oven, grill, deep fryer, toaster and all necessary household utensils. The fireplace in the summer building is a comfortable place for meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables preparing, and making delicious dishes. There is cable T.V. The house is located near the forest. The location is convenient for walking and mushrooms, wild strawberries, blackberries and herbs gathering. The near small dam (1,5 km), is abundant in bream and is a nice place for fishing. The landmark of this region is the Hristovski Falls on Borushtitsa river. Near the waterfall is built a barbecue. Guests must rent the whole house.

The
house is located in the village Ruhovtsi 6 km from the town of Elena. There was
born the churchman Sergey (Hadzhi Sergey). He is a rebel during his youth. In
1835, churchman Sergei was one of the organizers of Velchova Conspiracy. A year
later he died of his wounds.
