Kostadinovi Houses

Kostadinovi houses are the located in the picturesque Dolni Chukani neighborhood, it is 1,5 kilometers from the town center of Elena. The air here is so fresh that there use to be school near by that cured 10,000 children of different age groups with lung problems till the middle of the eighties.

The three star complex offers guest opportunities for relaxation. The unique combination of the tradition Bulgarian and modern comfort of the facilities make your stay during you holiday comfortable.

The house has 2 apartments and 7 double rooms, each with a private toilet and television. In the wide Mehana (tavern) you can enjoy typical Bulgarian dishes for the Elena region around the fire place. The Mehana offers homemade specialties of wine and Rakia. The menu list different foods ever day giving guest a more at home feeling. Outside there is a big green yard, BBQ, open fireplace to cook food, parking lot, and for young children there is a playground with slides, swimming pool and summer house.

In the summer you will find the freshness between the centuries green forest saturated with the smell of wild flowers. In the winter you can enjoy the enchanting whiteness of the mountain. Guest can ski in the nearby village Miikovsti or on Churmarna peak. Other activities outside can be a walk around to see the historical places or go fishing.
