The house is convenient for family and friend holidays. There are 3 rooms with TV for a total capacity of 9 people. The house has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen for guest to prepare food or a tavern with prepared food to order. Outside are a dinning table and a BBQ. There are organized activities for guests to go hike the Chumerna Peak, horse back riding, take a walk around the village and watch how to make homemade honey. In the summer there is opportunity to sun bath by the rivers crossing the village. In winter guests can go sledding or skiing.
