Private Rooms in „Mincheva House”
On the second floor is the typical balcony ( here called sayvant) where guests can see the natural phenomenon “Markov kamak”. There are 3 bedrooms each having two double beds, 1 bedroom with one double bed + one bed for a child. All rooms have a private bathroom. The house has local heating. In the big garden there is a place for relaxation, children playground, oven, fountain, and parking for 12 cars. If you like the beauty of the nature you came to a great place. Here you can have your family celebration or enjoy our cozy house and the beautiful atmoshpere of the surrounding mountains. The house is available all four seasons for guests.

The
house is located 3 kilometers south from the town of Elena; traveling on the
Elena-Tvarditsa road. It is built in typical revival style. The house has two
stores, its capacity being for 20 people. On the first floor is one apartment,
tavern (for 35 people), well equipped kitchen ( electric and gaz cooker,
refrigerator, freezer, microwave, barbeque and fireplace).
