For the small house: 200 levs for the whole house for a day; if guests stay more than 3 days it is 180 levs per day.

For the big house: the whole house – 370 levs; room with 3 beds- 50 levs; bedroom- 40 levs; apartment- 60 levs.

Price is without VAT.

One of the rooms Pargavelovi houses are located in the Yakovsti village, 4 km west of the town Elena and 500 meters from Yovkovtsi Dam. The owners provide transportation to the house. There are two houses, offering everything which is needed for having an enjoyable holiday.

The smoll house has 3 double rooms, 2 triple rooms (12 beds total), and 2 bathrooms. The food can be prepared by guests or by owners in tavern for a total of 16 people. In the yard there is a children’s playground, tennis table, BBQ, parking, summer garden, and swimming pool.

The big house has 3 rooms with three beds, 4 bedrooms, and 1 apartment (total of 21 beds). Every room has own bathroom and satellite TV. Food can be prepared by self or ordered in the tavern available seating for 30 people. Guests can enjoy the outside BBQ, tennis table, parking, and children’s playground; there are also rabbits and a deer to attract the attention.

This is a lovely place with fresh air and exceptional nature; perfect enjoyment for one’s holiday. During winter is opportunity for guests to ski. During summer there is fishing, picnic areas, mushroom gathering and sun bathing as well as many eco trails.
