Starata House
Starata House (Old House) is located in Baevtsi village, 8 kilometers away from the town of Elena, on the shore of Yovkovtsi Dam.
The cozy tavern with fire place is on the first floor: total capacity for 15 people, TV and stereo. Nextdoor is the completely furnished kitchen – refrigerator, cooker, dishes. From the balcony guests can see Chumerna peak and the Balkan. In the garden guest can use barbeque, electric grill, refrigerator and fountain. In the wide yard there are big trees, benches,and a hammock. There is opportunity to play football, volleyball, badminton. Fishing, hunting, and eco-trails are near by. There is parking in the back yard.

The
house has 7 rooms, all with private bathroom. Three rooms are with double bed
and four rooms are with two beds. In one of the rooms there is an extra bed
(pull-out sofa).
