Usoeto Hotel Complex
The Usoeto hotel tavern provides many delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes. Each dish has a unique taste, the chief offers some suggestions from many of his delicious delicacies like: rabbit meat, oven roasted turkey, lamb or pig, banitsa (type of pastries) filled with spinach or pumpkin. In the tavern there is live music and organized folk dancing. Winter months there is only inside dinning for a capacity of 100 people. Summer time there is outdoor seating which can hold up to 150 people. With the town of Elena still close by, the complex offers opportunities for relaxation, rest, and nature walks. A perfect place for nature lovers, visitors can enjoy a pleasant hike or go on an adventurous excursion through Elena’s mountainous region.

The
complex is located in Usoeto neighborhood, 3 kilometers from the town of Elena;
traveling on the Elena-Veliko Turnovo road. In the complex there are 17 double
rooms and 10 apartments, all furnished in a Bulgarian revival theme. Each room
has a television and private bathroom, a few rooms povide a bathtub. The Usoeto
complex has many amenities; cozy traditional Bulgarian restaurant, kids play
area, open pool, sports square and parking lot. Along with a lovely courtyard
where you could enjoy a barbeque there is also a large conference room equipped
to hold 40 people. A perfect place to conduct a teachers conference.
